India Exhibition Visitors - Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

These T&Cs are to be read in conjunction with the Registration Form which, together, represent the entire agreement between you and the organisers: AMI - Applied Market Information Ltd. and SIPL - Shalimar Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (collectively referred to as “organisers,” “we,” or “us”). By completing and submitting the Registration Form, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. These terms apply to the exhibition as well as any separately ticketed events related thereto, including networking events, dinner events, etc. (collectively “events”) which may be organised by the organisers at their sole discretion.

1. Event Changes:

On rare occasions, we may have to cancel, postpone, or relocate an exhibition or event. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible but will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of such changes.

2. Personal Arrangements:

Travel and accommodation are your responsibility, and we are not liable for related costs, including cancellations or postponements.

3. Professional Conduct:

Participants must act professionally at all times. This includes refraining from exhibiting or marketing without registering, disruptive behaviour, or intoxication.

4. Admission Control:

The organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unlawful, disrespectful, or disruptive.

5. Property and Security:

We are not liable for unattended items or property damages at the event.

6. Alcohol Consumption:

Attendees must drink responsibly and adhere to the legal drinking age. The organisers may deny alcohol service to any person at their discretion.

7. Smoking:

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited at all event venues.

8. Dress Code:

Appropriate and non-offensive attire must be worn. Shoes are mandatory.

9. Photography and Social Media:

Obtain permission before photographing or discussing individuals on social media platforms.

10. Security Checks:

Bags and items are subject to screening. Prohibited items include firearms, dangerous materials, and illegal substances.

11. Badges and Credentials:

Credentials are non-transferable and may be revoked for violations.

12. Data Sharing:

Allowing your badge to be scanned authorizes exhibitors to access your personal data.

13. Photography and Media:

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Notify organisers in advance if you prefer not to appear in media.

14. Compliance:

Adhere to all local laws, including those promoting fair competition and health regulations.

15. Liability Limits:

The organisers’ liability is limited to the admission fee paid by you, excluding indirect or consequential damages.

16. Changes to T&Cs:

These T&Cs may be updated.

17. Jurisdiction:

These T&Cs are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to Indian courts.

By completing the Registration Form, you accept these T&Cs as binding.
